I didn't document my technique on refinishing this chair because honestly, it was my first attempt and I didn't know how it would turn out. It think it turned out okay and I am hoping to do more and sell them at some point (if I ever figure out the best way to go about it.) My mother in law brought me this little chair, it was originally painted dark brown. I crackle painted it white, roughed it up a bit and polyurethaned it. I put a pad on it and did an ink jet transfer on the back rest. All in all I am happy with the results. It was rather simple and I'm sure anyone could achieve similar results with a little research and elbow grease.
Next time I will document my successes and failures as I learn the ins and outs, (although I think the table top needs my attention first! It has been a long time coming!)
