One box of Aldi gluten free baking mix (16 oz.)
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (softened)
2 t. vanilla
1 bag chocolate chips (2 cups)
-Creme butter and brown sugar
-Blend in baking mix
_Bake for 12 minutes (they will not brown except for on the edges, they get too hard if they brown too long)
-Let cool on the cookie sheet for 2 min. before removing to paper towel or cooling rack.
