I read this simple recipe on Pinterest.
1 cup sugar
1 T. molasses
1 cup sugar
1 T. molasses
The recipe from said to use a mixer, but after a couple minutes I found it to be harder to blend than I thought it would be, so I put it in the food processor, which worked much better and faster.
I've noticed it has a slightly stronger molasses smell than store bought, but I am excited to bake with it and see how it works.
